BUFFET STYLE WEDDING
A buffet wedding is great for the couple looking to leave more time for socializing and dancing. Though no less elegant or formal a buffet dinner can allow more time to be spent with guests strolling the grounds of the many beautiful places we cater or dancing the night away. Additionally a Buffet allows you to take full advantage of the local fare that grace the wonderfully different seasons we have on Eastern Long Island. Allow your guests to try a variety of our delicious entrée's sides and salads. A Fall wedding may included such specialties as Line Caught Montauk Striped Bass grilled on Cedar Plank w local corn and Jalapeño relish, Long Island Duck Breast w Pomegranate Orange Chili Sauce, Salads and Sides combining the great tomato's and fresh local vegetables from Jim Pike's farm stand or yummy organic mixed greens from East Hampton Ecco Farm.
