BUFFET STYLE WEDDING

A buffet wedding is great for the couple looking to leave more time for socializing and dancing. Though no less elegant or formal a buffet dinner can allow more time to be spent with guests strolling the grounds of the many beautiful places we cater or dancing the night away. Additionally a Buffet allows you to take full advantage of the local fare that grace the wonderfully different seasons we have on Eastern Long Island. Allow your guests to try a variety of our delicious entrée's sides and salads. A Fall wedding may included such specialties as Line Caught Montauk Striped Bass grilled on Cedar Plank w local corn and Jalapeño relish, Long Island Duck Breast w Pomegranate Orange Chili Sauce, Salads and Sides combining the great tomato's and fresh local vegetables from Jim Pike's farm stand or yummy organic mixed greens from East Hampton Ecco Farm. If a less traditional yet more memorable affair is what you seek a Buffet Wedding may fit the bill.
